Technology is also closely tied to social impacts. Technology has the power to change society, shaping how people connect and interact. Technology influences how people live.
These principles can help us navigate and acknowledge important second-order outcomes from our tech-driven solutions. Things to think about:
- What complementary technology can you add to your solution to compound the value?
- Are part of a more extensive technology network that could help leverage your value proposition?
- What are the social challenges and opportunities that you should consider in your design?
- In which positive or negative ways is your solution influencing your customers?
