Customers do not really care

#36 - Oct.2022

Customers don't really care about your internal business bureaucracy. They don't care about the latest innovation framework you are using. They don't really care about the progress and challenges of achieving your business outcomes.

Customers are much more interested in finding trustable people and partners to get their problems solved. They thrive for great experiences - those particularly great that are difficult to forget and that urge them to tell others.

Is not a trivial task to trace this line while designing a product. We constantly mix business needs with those of your customer, either because we use our own assumptions or because we rely on unproven hypotheses.

Make curiosity & empathy your close allies in this journey. Focus on what customers really care about.
