Inspiration
#76 - Aug.2023
Inspiration comes from the Latin inspirare, which means “to breathe or blow into”.
I love to come back to this analogy.

To inspire - to breathe in - you need to exhale first. You need to make space for new things to come in. You need to let go, to receive.
Inspiration might seem like a flash or an unexpected burst, but I think is a result of a slower process. It starts with how you nurture new ideas and the quality of what you consume.
With awareness and a beginner's mind, you can get inspiration from unforeseen sources.
