Intentional change

#35 - Aug.2022

There is a big difference between intentional change and saying yes to every demand your product team receives.

If you are not being intentional about what you really need to deliver to your customers you are just being reactive to whoever comes up with the best pitch.

Making intentional change starts with a deep understanding of what your customer needs and identifying the opportunities with high potential to solve such problems.

This understanding comes from constant customer probing, curiosity, and proactive discovery and, from there, you can be able to frame what's important and what's not.

Delivering any random request that you receive without connecting it to real customer opportunities is just worthless agility.
