Some questions to keep in mind that will improve your product & team:
- What is consuming energy that you can rather invest in learning more about your customers?
- What you could start doing today to learn more about the problem you are solving?
- What is blocking your team from experimenting more?
- What mechanisms should you eliminate? (many of them are just distractions)
- What would you pilot even knowing that you could fail?
- What are 2-3 things you can do to increase your knowledge of the industry you work in?
