Shared context

#229 - Apr.2025

One of the biggest challenges in highly complex and ambiguous projects is the lack of a consistent shared context. Some effects of this:

  • Teams start working without clarity on the real problem they want to solve
  • People jump into problem-solving mode using wrong assumptions
  • Teams don't react to new information or seek to turn assumptions into clear evidence
  • The interpretation of outcomes varies widely across team members

The effort put into making sure everyone shares the same context is never wasted.

It's not just about sharing information. It's about creating a common understanding of what success means.

¡Saludos!
