The right questions

#13 - Jun.2021

Don't focus your attention on scaling questions if you are not sure you're solving the right problem. Aligning your value proposition to what customers really need should be your priority when starting any product.

Product adoption is hard. You need to acknowledge that most of your ideas of what you believe is valuable for your customers might be wrong. Increase your odds of being right by experimenting and testing your ideas quickly and at a low cost.

Spend your energy on delivering real value. As you evolve, you can start asking more fundamental questions on scaling (technology, operations, etc). Focus on building the right thing first and evolve towards optimizing how you build it.
