Any design journey is a constant discovery of customer needs, opportunities and potential solutions. Setting a clear design challenge, acknowledging what you know and what you don’t, and deciding what to focus on are just a few things you need to consider during the process. Here are some practical tips you can apply:

1. Framing and abstraction of complex concepts to simply communication.
2. Acknowledge your assumptions, doubt and facts to drive your research.
3. Remember that change management requires a solid vision and how you get there.
4. Focus is key. Most of the time, progressing is much more important than a perfect solution up-front.
