[Weekly Retro] Complications
# 18 - Oct.2023
Happy Friday!
Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:
When solving a problem we can face different types of complications. Some complications are natural to the domain that you navigating. They are an intrinsic part of the problem itself.
But we also face other types of complications. The ones that come from team processes that are not efficient; trying to solve problems that are not yet well understood; or routines that do not add value to the actual solution.
The latter ones: avoid them or fix the root cause as fast as you can.
