[Weekly Retro] Open AI: after the storm

Reflecting back on the recent drama in OpenAI I realized that:

• How fragile any company structure can be when confronted with deep human debates (on power, on being right, on ego,...)
• The power of leadership to create strong bonds across a team
• Good examples of leaders dealing with uncertainty, ambiguity, and opportunity (Satya Nadella)
• How important is it to keep an active debate on what is the best balance between AI/ML innovation deployment, safety guardrails, and regulations.
