Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:
We tend to focus our energy in solutioning. But problematizing is also part of the journey of designing great products & services.
You problematize by indicating a gap or establishing a hypothesis. You raise questions. You become curious to know what's beneath the common knowledge. You challenge your own mental models.
This helps create the frame of your problem. This is critical for an effective execution.
Don't anticipate a solution to a problem you don't yet understand.
