Great products have a strong product development strategy behind them. Here are important questions to check your strategy:

• Is your discovery process consistent with understanding customers' needs?
• Do you have a track of emerging technologies that could increase value for customers? What is the best way for combining them?
• Are there emerging markets that you should be aware of?
• Are you leveraging the rights testing approach to validate your ideas?
• How will the strategy maximize the product outcomes that you want to achieve?
• Are there new behaviors and other customer factors that you should consider?
