Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:
Looking at your roadmap can tell you about the maturity of your product.
Over time, as products evolve, features become much more granular with many medium/low-value items. What started with a list of foundational features has now become a set of small incremental improvements.
This is a sign to reflect and take action.
Is a counterintuitive challenge when managing well-established products, yet this lifecycle is a natural evolution of any product. But if you want to avoid the decline, extending the lifecycle of a product at this stage requires re-think what's important for customers. You can either diversify or declutter but what you cannot do is to stay in the status quo.
