💡 Here is a quick idea before you head off to the weekend:

The secret (and most difficult part) of growing a product is finding the right balance between a solid structure to operate effectively and designing at scale.

If you focus only on efficiency, you will likely start solving (efficiently) problems that are not relevant to your customers.

If you focus only on design, you will lack the foundation to serve customers at scale and at a cost that is feasible for the business.

You need both.
