[Weekly Retro] Simplicity

#35 - Jan.2024

Happy Friday!

Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

Think big…but give the baby-step first.

It’s very easy to be caught in the narrative of very long-term visions without progressing on the simple things. This is hiding behind the big idea rather than giving the first step.

Keep it simple.

How can you validate your hypothesis in the simplest way possible?

The complexity of scaling, complex processes, and automated mechanisms just make sense once you are really sure that customers demand what you are offering. Don't let that take your attention on what's important: will customers need this?

Don’t let this complexity stop you from giving the first (simple) step.
