Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

Stakeholders-led prioritization is very common.

Many teams focus on stakeholders - driven by strategy & business constraints - rather than the users that will use your product.

Remember that customers do not really care about your business strategy. Customers are much more interested in finding trustworthy people (and companies) to get their problems solved.

Listen to them. Constantly.
