[Weekly Retro] Storytelling and prototyping

#27 - Dec.2023

Happy Friday!

Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

Storytelling can serve as a prototyping tool. While this is not a common approach for testing ideas, it brings a lot of elements that help you refine your design.

Prototypes are samples and models on which you refine future designs. Is about testing assumptions. Validate your hypothesis.

Creating a narrative that envisions how a product/feature will work, how people will use it, and what reactions we can expect is a form of materializing your ideas. Stories bring context and perspectives. Stories connect to human behavior.
