Everyone is betting on the AI agent trend. (OpenAI just released his own version).
The copilots ("let's do this together") have evolved to independent agents ("do this for me"). This is clearly the new chapter of work delegation to technology.
Agents are autonomous by nature.
Designing for autonomous behavior means designing for imperfection: designing and developing systems that allow users to explore multiple outcomes, provide feedback, and keep control over AI's actions.
New innovation waves open up opportunities for new design skills and patterns. It is an opportunity to reinvent yourself.
Is the next wave about embodying agents into robotic physical machines?
