[Weekly Retro] The "why" question

Happy Friday!

💡 Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:

Asking “Why” can be intimidating.

Sometimes it can sound like a confrontation; other times, as just pure curiosity. 

But through such a small word we have the power to unlock new perspectives. 

The answer to “why” can get complex. 

It can lead us to places that you’re not expecting. If we are not open or receptive before asking “why” then the question becomes pure formalism.  

Asking “Why” might feel like jumping free into the unknown.

Let’s embrace it.

On the other side, knowledge and insights are waiting for us.
