[Weekly Retro] Two decisions
# 7 - Jul.2023
Happy Friday (a bit late)!
Here is a quick idea before you head off for the weekend:
Two critical decisions when designing a product. The first one relates to your commitment to deeply understanding your customer needs or finding opportunities that are not well served. The decision is yours to put in the upfront effort to continuously learn and innovate on their behalf.
The second one is how you position your value proposition. This will lead the different strategies to better bond with the customers you are serving. A mismatch between your value proposition and what customers expect usually results in frustration and promises that are not met.
