There is a great example from Apple's VP Roger Rosner, and how he manages his work.
It reminds me that effective leadership is about choosing which details deserve attention, balancing personal growth, and empowering others:
- Growth: where leaders seek learning and expand their capabilities
- Deep Engagement: Where leaders can directly drive outcomes through hands-on connections
- Trust + Delegate: where leaders need to trust and empower others through delegation
- Guide + Develop: where leaders teach and guide others to deliver results
