In design, words matters. The way you frame a problem or a solution can constrain innovation.

Framing a problem too broad will generate a lack of focus; framing it too specific and you will miss the big picture.

Specify upfront that your solution will be "[you name it]", you are immediately eliminating many other alternatives without even thinking.

The story you set will drive your design. Remove upfront bias - set a hypothesis instead. Be flexible during the process and be open to find the solution along the way.
